  1. Help them understand why these changes are critical to our security and that expectations are not going anywhere.
  2. Transparent accountability schedule with no threat to employment unless a resistance to continuous learning is clear.
  3. In some cases, resistance can be quickly thwarted with planned responses to common push-back statements. Turn those who prod the seriousness of security into allies by taking a bold but mutually respectful stance.

If you don't have room for compromise, you don’t have room for non-compliance. Champion your program effectively and so will your enterprise.
