🎯 My Impact

Your secure business enablement strategy probably sucks, likely because it leans heavily into user appeasement. Delivering articles on Viva, having a security department, and running phishing simulations is not a “robust security culture.” I can demonstrate how embedding security in every level of the organization, yes, including the executives, reduces incidents in the cyber security operations center. Effective change requires accountability over appeasement at all levels, and is often difficult for enterprises to implement. Making the shift without harming your operational culture is what I do.
